Working in everyday spaces, opening art to a variety of people and audiences, celebrating particular realities of ordinary people and their everyday experiences. Food is used as a medium to gather and engage people in narrative and memory about their lives and backgrounds. The main theoretical base used in developing the project's pedagogical aspects is the learning theory constructivism. Using the notion of experiencing and learning together, six sets of workshops have taken place as part of Our Cuisine = Our Stories from 2012-2015.
