In Morocco bread is seen to be scared. It is never thrown away but carefully collected. It is eaten with breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner and in fact a meal without it is not a meal. It is used as a spoon and a fork and the first food put into a babies hand is bread.

A series of workshops took place in October in Rabat. It consisted of locals from a variety of professions and ages; artists, a dentist, an event planner, philosopher, a gallery director and an electrician. Through activities activating all our senses we discussed our personal stories related to bread. |
